RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want every customer to feel confident shopping with us, and we stand behind the quality of what we sell.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prettyhealthstore.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we'll offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds to your original payment method are issued at our discretion, based on the nature of the issue.

 

Orders Not Received


If tracking shows no movement or delivery hasn't occurred within a reasonable timeframe past our estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier before determining next steps.

All Sales Are Final


Due to the nature of our beauty and health products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size/shade selection, or products that have been opened or used. All claims are reviewed individually and require photo or video evidence submitted within the timeframe above. Claims submitted after this window, or without supporting evidence, may not be eligible for resolution.
